Fortune: Remote employees have quietly unlocked one major workplace perk: Getting paid 12% more than their in-office colleagues, Fed study finds


Indeed, a 2024 study led by remote work expert and Stanford economist Nick Bloom found that of 1,614 employees working for a Chinese technology company between 2021 and 2022, hybrid work increased job satisfaction and decreased quit rates by one-third.
