Dr Anna Valero was invited to join an `Ask the Experts? panel discussion hosted by the British Academy and Campaign for Science and Engineering (CaSE), following the publication of their jointly commissioned report Mapping the Economic Returns of R&D in the UK. This work builds upon the Academy?s and CaSE?s substantial existing research and policy work on the role of R&D and innovation in the UK economy and society, some of which Dr Valero has already been involved with for many years including the seminal early work for CaSE on the economic case for R&D, to their more recent work understanding the value of SHAPE disciplines to UK R&D.
