“I think the bottom line is choice and letting people choose is the critical thing. In 2020, when we’re all forced to be fully remote, a lot of people were very unhappy and that was quite damaging with mental health. But, in 2019, we were all forced to be fully in person, that was also not great for some people. Now in 2024, I feel like it’s the best of both worlds, if we give employees choice,” says Nicholas Bloom.
