Anna: "… We are in the really precarious place where inflation is persisting but it looks as if it's coming down, the Bank of England expect it to come down to 4.8% in the next data and that is largely because of the energy prices feeding through - the lower energy prices, but those underlying persistent parts of inflation are there.
