About this event
Most people in high income countries work within an organisation, often very large with several layers of management. Most people in low income countries work on their own or with family members. Why and how do organisations form? Do relational contracts within firms jump start the process of development by allowing trades that could not happen in the market?
POID Director John Van Reenen gave a talk titled "Organising development and the development of organisations: reflections and future directions".
Participants are expected to adhere to the Events Code of Conduct.
This event will take place in MAR 2.10, 2nd floor, The Marshall Building, 44 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3LY.
The building is labelled
