The day included a corporate update from ESRC, and breakout sessions focused on the challenges and opportunities for social sciences in engaging with frontier technologies and with businesses. There was also a Funders Forum session to bring together funders from across the social sciences. 

Alongside ESRC team members, we welcomed attendees from other London universities who work at the intersection of academia, industry and policy, such as senior Research, Enterprise and Innovation leaders, professional services staff supporting the research lifecycle, and researchers and academics across career stages.
