About this event
The inaugural RAND Europe Impact and Innovation (REII) Forum will convene experts, partners and industry leaders to discuss how governments can strengthen resilience, enhance competitiveness, shape technological change, and maintain security in an era defined by interconnected risks. On this panel, Christian Van Stolk will moderate Helen Miller, Susan Guthrie, Anna Valero and Marco Hafner, PhD as they explore how policymakers can translate research and innovation into sustained economic productivity and global competitiveness.
